"Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch today rejected the Judicial Nominating Commission's (JNC’s) interpretation that letters submitted on behalf of, and against, the finalists for the Superior Court vacancy created by The Honorable Vincent A. Ragosta's retirement are not public records."
