Per the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law revised as of January 1, 2009, ACSD has selected a public information officer. Business manager Mike Frentz was selected for the position - he was the individual handling the districts public records requests previously. He believes that the revised law is an improvement, saying “To provide taxpayers with more information, as far as where their money is going, is always a good thing”. [4]
