The Bay City School District is a school district in Bay County, Michigan. According to a report from the Michigan Department of Education, it served 9,524 students for the 2006-07 school year and was the 26th largest public school district in Michigan.[1] The Mackinac Center for Public Policy has contacted Bay City to post its checkbook register and the district told TV-5 that they were considering the idea.
