"The Beaumont ISD has not released to the public a list of applicants for the Ozen High School boys basketball head coaching position, as required by state law under the Texas Public Information Act.

The Enterprise requested the applicant names Tuesday. State law requires a governmental body to "promptly" produce requested information."
