Beka Romm
Beka Romm works at Hickam Public Affairs, a full-service public affairs/public relations and political consulting firm in Topeka. Before joining Hickam Public Affairs, she served in the Kansas office of American Majority from spring 2008 to spring 2011.
Hickam Public Affairs specializes in candidate and political advocacy campaigns, government affairs, and strategic communications, focusing on conservative policies, issues and campaigns.
In her time at American Majority, a non-partisan and non-profit educational organization, Beka trained candidates and activists to be effective in their communities, while encouraging them to promote individual liberty and freedom in the marketplace.
Prior to joining American Majority, Beka directed student programming and outreach at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics in Lawrence, Kansas. She graduated with honors from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science, a Bachelors of Science degree in Journalism, and and a minor in Communication Studies.
Beka currently lives in Lawrence with her husband, an accountant and auditor of local governments.
