Benton County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of 2000, the population was 34,226. Its county seat is Foley. Established in 1849, the county is one of the earliest in Minnesota^[1].

• The budget is list, though has not been updated since 2006.^[4] There is also no posting of county credit card receipts or the county checkbook register.
