  • Provides a searchable databases of public documents, and also identified the Public Information Officer with contact information, including an email.[2]
  • The 2012 budget is available, along with archives of past budgets dating back to 1996.[3]
  • The most recent audit is available, archives of audits are available back to 2002.[4]
  • There are bios, office address, role-based emails, and phone numbers available for each elected official.[5]
  • Administrative staff is identified along with office address, emails, and phone numbers.[6]
  • Information is provided about building permits and zoning ordinances.[7]
  • Meeting minutes and agendas are available dating back to 2008.[8] There is also a calendar of meetings on the site.[9]
  • Information is available on how to conduct business with city and open bids.[10]

The bad

  • Approved contract statements are not available for vendors above $10,000.
  • If the county engaged in lobbying actives or if its a member of lobbying associations is not disclosed. Nor is the total cost or membership dues available.
