California voter registration fraud

Don Williams plead guilty to three felony counts of voter registration fraud. Williams had a long history of registering inelegible voters. He stated that his motivation for breaking the law was a $10 reward for every voter that he registered. This was one of nine recent convictions of voter registration fraud in California.
