Cook County is one of 87 counties in Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the population was 5,168. Its county seat is Grand Marais. The Grand Portage Indian Reservation is entirely within the county.

  • Planning and zoning could list a way to check the status of a permit online.
  • No listing the county audits, credit card receipts, or posting on the checkbook register.
