"Town Council member Gavin Forrester (D-3) has filed a complaint with the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission against Mayor James R. Miron.

Forrester’s complaint, filed April 12, relates to a request he made for numerous items in an e-mail on Dec. 14, 2008, and verbally reiterated during the Jan. 12, 2009, Town Council meeting."
