Cynthia Willard-Lewis

Elected to the City Council October 7, 2002, re-elected 2002

Cynthia Willard-Lewis currently represents the residents of District E in the city of New Orleans. Before her election as Councilwoman, Willard-Lewis served as Louisiana State Representative for District 100 from 1993 to 2000.

She has been an administrative assistant, Bureau Chief in the Housing Division of New Orleans, and Urban Planner in the Office of Policy Planning and Analysis.
