"Almost three months after Brazoria County’s district attorney filed a lawsuit in Travis County seeking guidance over whether to release information to The Facts that the Texas Attorney General deemed public, there has been no progress.

Brazoria County District Attorney Jeri Yenne filed the lawsuit in Travis County district court in November to seek an order before handing over information stored on hard drives used by former County Court at Law Judge James Blackstock to The Facts and an attorney representing two juvenile probation employees."
