Des Plaines spent $65,000 on a contract with lobbyist All-Circo, Inc. in 2009. [1]

The public library has requested the Mayor approve a $600,000 loan due to a delay receiving receipts from Cook County property taxes. The library is also cutting its budget and eliminating 10 positions.[2]
