Donna Allen is a school board member for Bay District Schools. She represents District 5 and was elected to the board in 2006 for her second term.

Allen has volunteered in the Bay school system for many years. She has served in positions within the PTO, advisory boards, and athletic organizations from elementary to high school level.

Allen graduated from Gulf Coast Community College and Florida State University with a degree in Child Development and Elementary Education. She served as the Executive Director of Girls Inc. from 1982 to 1993.

Allen is married to Bill Allen and has two sons. According to her biography, the family attends St. Andrew United Methodist Church.[1]
