Below is information on student performance in the 2007-2008 school year on state assessment exams on reading and mathematics. Approximately 64% of 3rd grade students were found to be proficient in reading, whereas 70% were found proficient in math. The lowest percentage of proficiency in reading was found among 10th grade students, in math the lowest level of proficiency was found among 5th grade students.
