  • Budget is published.[2]
  • Active state contracts are posted.[3]
  • Audit reports are available.[4]
  • Ethics commission information is posted.[5]
  • Elected and administrative officials are listed under respective departments,[6] also an employee search is available.[7]
  • State tax information is provided.[8]
  • Includes forms and guidelines for lobbyists and registered lobbyists list.[9]

  • Several departments include information on making public records requests, but there is no comprehensive information about the Alabama Public Records Law.[10]
  • Does not provide information on state paid lobbying activity and agency lobbying contracts.
