In September of 2012, Sunshine Review rated the ten largest school districts in Arkansas: Little Rock School District, Pulaski County Special School District, Fort Smith Public Schools, Springdale Public Schools, Rogers Public Schools, North Little Rock School District, Fayetteville Public Schools, Conway Public Schools, Cabot Public Schools, and Bentonville Public Schools. These schools averaged a "C" website transparency grade.
