[edit] Former Portage mayor criticizes city council over towing contract
"A former Portage mayor who questioned the validity of the city's contract with McDonald's Towing said his numerous inquiries about the situation were handled in a less-than-professional manner and that he's been unfairly labeled by city administration as "a disgruntled competitor."
City officials, meanwhile, said the 30 Freedom of Information Act requests filed since fall by James Graham have produced more than 1,000 pages of documentation and his concerns have more than adequately been addressed."
