Genesee Intermediate School District is a school district in Genesee County, Michigan.

According to a study of the 22 school district in Genesee County conducted by the Flint Journal, the Genesee ISD spent $62,197.75 on travel for school board members and superintendents during the 2 1/2 years beginning July 1, 2006. This was the second most spent of any of the districts surveyed, behind only the Beecher Community School District.

The survey was performed using spending records received via the Michigan Freedom of Information Act. ^[1]
