The school district has challenged a provision in the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, which allows for citizens to request employee evaluations of a public entity. [2] The school district did not receive support from the Arkansas Attorney General, which stated "there is no reason to doubt that the constitutionality of the challenged statute will be fully and completely defended."
