Harper College is a community college in Palatine, Illinois.

Harper College aggressively engages lobbyists to assist in its effort to expand to a four-year school. According to a 2009 report by the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform, Harper College spent $84,000 on lobbyists in 2007, and $126,000 was spent in 2008. Lobbying firms hired by Harper College include Milan Petrovic's Advanced Practical Solutions and Alfred Ronan.[1]
