House Bill 883, introduced to the House of Representatives by Representative Scott Largent which would make crime scene photographs or video of a violent or sexual nature confidential. The bill would also allow circumstances for the release of those records in the public interest by a judge, as well as provisions for notification and consultation with the victim's next of kin. [1]
