House Resolution 3 (2008)
From Sunshine Review
House Resolution 3 provides a change to the rules for changing ones vote. When a roll call vote is initiated, any member may vote or change his vote once the vote recording equipment has started. He may change his vote by rising in his seat and announcing his vote before the result of the vote has been announced by the presiding officer.
A member may seek to change his vote, however it must be changed on the same legislative day as the vote took place. A motion to correct a vote record shall be a debatable motion. [1]
