The Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy (JBCPP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan free market research and education organization in New Hampshire. It is founded on "individual freedom and responsibility, limited and accountable government, and an appreciation of the role of the free enterprise system. The Center seeks to promote policy that supports these beliefs by providing information, research, and analysis."[1]

JBCPP conducts research on a wide range of topics facing New Hampshire. The Center mainly focuses on education policy, school choice, health, taxes, fiscal policy, better government, and transportation.
