"Okaloosa County Circuit Judge Thomas Remington has ruled that Valparaiso officials have violated the state's public records law in their fight against the Air Force.

'This is the first time a court has ruled that Valparaiso has done something wrong,' said Matt Gaetz, an attorney with the law firm of Keefe, Anchors, Gordon & Moyle. 'The consequences of that are yet to be determined.'"
