"A Davidson County judge has sealed records in a paternity suit filed last year against the late country singer Eddy Arnold.

Davidson County Probate Judge Randy Kennedy ordered all new filings private starting on Monday, although the entire file in Circuit Court was unavailable for public viewing on Tuesday. Christopher Tanner, a California man, filed suit last June, a month after Arnold died, claiming that Arnold is his biological father."
