[edit] The bad
- There is no contact or biographical information about any of the individual County Council members. Only a general email address is provided as a means of public communication. [3]
- While the website's headline declares "County of Kauai: Bringing Government to the People", so far the website isn't bringing government transparency to the people.
- There is no information on how to file a Freedom of Information Act.
