Lincoln County is a county located in the state of Oklahoma. The population was 32,080 at the 2000 census. The county is considered part of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Statistical Area. Its county seat is Chandler. The center of population of Oklahoma is located in Lincoln County, in the town of Sparks.
