Louisiana Act 735 (2008)

Louisiana Act 735 is a piece of legislation that was signed by the Governor on July 6, 2008. The Act goes into effect on August 15, 2008.[1] The Act adds the "Five Year Estimated Revenue Loss Chart" from the "Department of Revenue" to the following documents:


  • The Executive Budget
  • The General Appropriation Bill as an appendix and Other appropriation bills
  • The State Budget


The "Five Year Estimated Revenue Loss Chart" shows the losses incurred from the State General Fund due to tax exemptions and features an in depth category breakdown. [2]
