Lower Salford Township is a township in Pennsylvania. It is located in Montgomery County and the population was 12,893 at the 2000 census. [1][edit] Governance

In accordance with the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law updated on January 1, 2009, Lower Salford Township appointed an open records officer. Township Manager Del Plank will fill the position for the township, while Police Chief Thomas Medwid will serve as the open records officer for police records requests. [2]
