Lyme, Connecticut

Lyme is a town in Connecticut. In October 2008, the town announced that rather than comply with a new requirement of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act to post minutes on Town websites within seven days of a town meeting, it would pull down its website.^[1], ^[2] Lyme is now one of a group of CT municipalities that have taken down their websites rather than comply with the law. ^[3]
