Maryland Senate Bill 819 (2008)

Maryland Senate Bill 819, also known as the Maryland Funding and Transparency Act of 2008, provides for the creation of a website detailing all state expenditures over $25,000 by January 1, 2009. Sponsored by Sen. Alex Mooney, the bill was crossfiled with House Bill 358, which was signed by Governor Martin O'Malley on May 22, 2008.
