Mike Buchanon (March 1, 1952) serves as Judge-Executive of Warren County.

Buchanon has endorsed the establishment of the Bowling Green TIF District, which would establish the allocation of $200 taxpayer dollars over a 30 year span for redevelopment of the downtown area in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Buchanon circulated a You Tube video that shows a virtual tour of the project in February of 2008 during a public opinion blitz.^[1],^[2]
