House Bill 376 is a piece of Minnesota legislation that as proposed in 2007 by Rep. Eric Paulsen - (R). The legislation would have created a searchable database of state contracts and grants and appropriations money. The website would be maintained by the Commissioner of Administration and would cover transactions over the last decade.[1]

The bill was initially introduced by Paulsen in January. It was transferred to the State Government Finance Division in late February where it got buried.
