[edit] How to request public records in Missouri
Every public agency is required to nominate a records custodian who is to be responsible for records requests. They are also required to publish written procedures both naming the records custodians for the agency and the procedures for requesting records within that department.

The law does not require a statement of purpose, nor does it place any restrictions on the use of records.
