Transparency of the county website
The good
- Provides a list of the current county commissioners and their contact information. Though e-mails are not included.[1]
- Has information on local property taxes.[2]
- Lists the places of meetings.
The bad
- No listing the county budgets, audits, credit card receipts, or posting on the checkbook register.
- While the Planning and Zoning department provides information on fees there is no downloadable forms or a way to check the permits status online.[3]
- No listing of meeting minutes or agendas.
- Lists only general contact information for county departments.
