North Andover Public Schools is a school district in Massachusetts.

The Massachusetts Association of School Committees and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents held a joint conference in November of 2008 for school staff. The district used taxpayer dollars to pay the way for school Committee member Chris Nobile and secretary Beverly Zagarri. "Zagarri attended for free. The town spent $845 for Nobile's registration, meals and three nights of lodging at the Holiday Inn. He did not ask for reimbursement for mileage, according to school records." Nobile called the conference "very valuable".^[1]
