"Eleven months and one lawsuit later, Brian Keesee still has not received all the public documents he has requested from the town of Oak Island.

Last September, the Oak Island builder requested documents, e-mails and other correspondence between staff members about a condominium project Brian Keith Keesee Construction Inc. - "BKK Construction" - built three years ago on Southeast 58th Street."
