"The Citizen has submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the MBTA to release the details of plans submitted for a parking garage near Beverly Depot.

T spokesman Joe Pesaturo said the proposals are not public and are protected by exemptions in the public records laws for deliberative process and real estate transactions."
