Phillips v. Hawthorne, No. S97A1771, 98 FCDR 325 (Ga., Jan. 26, 1998) (Hunstein, J.): Appeal from trial court order finding legally insufficient recall applications alleging an Open Meetings Act violation. Reversed. "The requisite information identifying the meeting was provided here not by date or location but by the controversial subject matter that was allegedly discussed at the meeting." Benham, J., joined by Carley and Thompson, JJ., dissenting.[1]
