[edit] Public records

The Radnor Township School District has been entangled in a Right to Know lawsuit since the summer of 2007. District resident Judy Sherry requested and was denied a copy of an administrative-compensation report crafted by the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. The report resulted in some district administrative staff receiving raises, but the district maintained that the report was not subject public disclosure. With the updates to the Right to Know Law however, the district has now released the information to newspaper Main Line Suburban Life. It is not known whether the release of documents will close the Sherry case. [6]
