Robert Jordan is a school board member for Brevard Public Schools, Florida, representing District 1. He also serves as the Chair of the board in this, his second term on the board. He was first elected to the board in 2002.

Jordan served as Chairman from 2005-2007 and was re-elected in 2008.

He has more than 29 years of experience in the aerospace field and is an Engineering Project Manager with United Space Alliance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Savannah State University, and a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.

Jordan serves on boards for many civic and cultural organizations.

He and his wife Karen, have two children, one of which is attending Titusville High School, a Brevard school.[1]
