The Rochester City School District is a school district in New York.

An examination of district financial records performed by the Democrat and Chronicle found that the "Rochester School District awarded nearly 700 no-bid contracts worth more than $5 million over the last two years without divulging the purpose of the agreements to the Board of Education as required". The majority of the unexamined contracts were with vendors listed as "consultants", including some identified only by name, with no explanation of what services were contracted for. ^[1]
