Santa Cruz County is one of 15 counties in Arizona. It is located in the southern part of the state, and its county seat is Nogales.

As of 2007, its population was estimated to be 42,845, an increase of 4,464 people since the 2000 census count of 38,381.

Santa Cruz County contains Tumacácori National Historical Park.
