[edit] S 708
New Jersey Transparency in Government Act (S708) New Jersey Senators Joe Pennacchio and Tom Kean sponsored the Transparency in Government Act (S708), which newly inaugurated Governor Chris Christie adopted as an Executive Order. This Executive Order would create a searchable online database for government expenditures and will make it easier for the legislature to pass the Transparency in Government Act statutorily.
