The government agency project will identify the scope, budget and transparency for government agencies.

  • In the introduction break down the purpose of the agency and write a general overview of it.
  • Create a chart of the agency's current budget
  • Break down the programs and responsibilities of agency. Answer the below questions:
  • What is the purpose of this division?
  • Who is in charge of the division, and how much do they get paid?
  • What are the programs within the division?
  • What is the purpose of each program?
  • What services does the program provide?
  • How do citizens who need the services access them, where are offices located?
  • How many people are currently enrolled, what are the costs, and how does this compare with previous years?
  • How many employees does the program employ? What are their titles? Where are they based? How much do they get paid?
  • Transparency of the agency
  • Leadership
  • Who is in charge of the program?
  • What is their benefits or pay-grade?
  • Who appoints them?
