Titling:
- Articles will be titled by department name followed by their state. For example: Department of Health, Wyoming

- In the introduction break down the purpose of the agency and write a general overview of it.
- Create a chart of the agency's current budget
- Break down the programs and responsibilities of agency. Answer the below questions:
- What is the purpose of this division?
- Who is in charge of the division, and how much do they get paid?
- What are the programs within the division?
- What is the purpose of each program?
- What services does the program provide?
- How do citizens who need the services access them, where are offices located?
- How many people are currently enrolled, what are the costs, and how does this compare with previous years?
- How many employees does the program employ? What are their titles? Where are they based? How much do they get paid?
- Transparency of the agency
- Leadership
- Who is in charge of the program?
- What is their benefits or pay-grade?
- Who appoints them?
