Sunshine Review:Writing government accountability articles

Justice in the United States is hid from the commons citizen. What we don't know is why, but judicial officers will explain it to you in a very condescending manner. The earliest example of lawyers being exposed for hiding the law from people actually comes from the Old Testament. Not to get religious, but this concept of hiding the rights of citizens comes from the Roman Days. This is the beginning of the cultivation of corruption by societal leaders who will not discount the hidden profits of corruption.
In the United States, the Supreme court has mandated and ordered that corrupt officials not be held liable see Bogan v. Scott. Here is a quote, “Wilson v. New York, 1 Denio 595 (1845). The court explained that when a local legislator exercises discretionary powers, he "is exempt from all responsibility by action for the motives which influence him, and the manner in which such duties are performed. If corrupt, he may be impeached or indicted, but the law will not tolerate an action to redress the individual wrong which may have been done." ld., at 599.4 These principles, according to the court, were "too familiar and well settled to require illustration or authority." ld., at 599-600.”
There are so many cases that courts dismiss the civil actions, and the Dept. of Justice has a policy to ignore the criminal acts. However, the new push to prosecute politicians for the violation of Title 18 USC 1346, deprivation of intangible honest services, apparently, politically incorrect violators will be subject to prison, whole politically correct “players” will be passed over and allowed to continue civil right abuses. You can see these in recent court cases in El Dorado County, Hamer v. El Dorado County, Pasutla v. El Dorado County, and Perez v. Placerville. All of these are overt civil right cases that boggle the mind, that were either ignored or they paid off the complainers and are allowed to continue to abuse the next victim. Compare this to Orange County about 400 miles away. The elected sheriff who actually did less than the El Dorado county defendants was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison. These being republican politicians, you’d think the liberal press would have them for desert. Yet submitted reports to R.V. Scheide of the Sacramento New and Review, have gone ignored and they this liberal press ratifies Republican Party Corruption by inaction and keeping a censorship on local corruption.
Here are some interesting corruption taking place now and being addressed, or further buried in civil court. The tactic used to hide out in the open is to deny the constitutional rights to redress, which would include “evidentiary hearings.” This is done by ignoring the complainant and threatening to arrest them by unlawful means, but they are the law and nobody can stop them. www.preventmurder.org contains the specifics. It is a raw grass roots effort so excuse the emotion that is displayed.
