"Responding to "excessive" requests for information by Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas, the Board of Supervisors Wednesday could change the way county departments ask for information from each other.

The special meeting Wednesday is the latest twist in the ongoing drama between the prosecutor's office and the five-member board of supervisors, one of whom has been indicted by Thomas's office on 118 criminal counts.
