Tulsa County is a county located in the state of Oklahoma. As of 2000, the population was 563,299. Its county seat is Tulsa.

After the results for Oklahoma counties was released, the County Board Members jumped to upgrade their website and achieved a perfect "A" in less than three weeks. As of October 2009 it is the only Oklahoma county with an "A" grade.
