Joshua Meyer is the new Editor of WikiFOIA for the Lucy Burns Institute. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy in 2008. Then Joshua spent a year in graduate school at the University of Oregon, concentrating in political theory and comparative politics. He currently lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with his fiancee Erin and his two cats Napoleon and Wheezer.
